At 00:47 on Wednesday, March 10, 2021, we informed you of a major incident that occured at the main european datacenter which provides the rackspace used for our hardware.
This has been an unprecedented situation and had a direct impact on our ability to provide service throughout the past few days. However I'm pleased to inform you that all access to service has now been restored.
Due to the ongoing situation and investigation into the incident, we have not been able to recover the data from that day used by our control panel. However we have rebuilt the infrastructure lost from available backups. We anticipate access to the data involved in this incident in the future, although we do not have a solid timeframe when this will occur.
We urge any current customer who has not recieved their new access details via email to contact us immediately for assistance.
